I received the Near Infrared Light Therapy Heat Lamp yesterday . I look forward to using it for joint pain and any other recommended uses. I am reading the book about light therapy to better understand how it works and what to expect.

Great for heat therapy. The bottom of the lamp is sturdy and the body flexible which makes it easy to adjust to different positions. I highly recommend.

Works well! When I'm going to sit for a bit like at the computer I take this lamp with me. It has a nice long cord where I have always found a plug within reach. I use it every night and morning when applying self massage. A great thing to have!
