Just what I needed and I expected. Easy to use. You have to be constant (2-3 times per week) in order to see results. Be careful though when you increase the level because you may harm yourself if you dont do it gently.

After looking at a couple of different machines and reading reviews I decided to go with this one because I was concerned about others scratching my face. This machine works great. I was careful the first time and followed the directions. I did experience some redness right after which they tell you to expect, but by morning my face looked great. Redness was gone. No scratches and very smooth. So glad I went with this machine.
