I have tough skin so I thought I could use at the highest level. I was wrong. Follow the directions and start easy and work your way up. It really works.

I was very impressed by the speed of delivery of this product; I received it 3 days after ordering it even though I live in Europe. The product works as described although I have not used it for long enough to see visible results. Will update my review after more time has passed!
