My husband had used this several times. Definitely not made to use sitting down. He wears it when he was in his workshop standing on cement. It helped relieve pressure and some pain. We bought this brand as it looked very similar to one we were searching for but less money. Its not super durable as in quality. Couple months of use and its looking a little worn but still helps.
