I felt relief from the pressure on my lower back as soon as I pumped it up. for me an hour or two each morning , has given relief from back pain for the rest of the day. i have recommended this to some others I know. thank you for this belt.

It took pressure off my spine thus relieving most of the pain. It helps keep my back straight when I lift heavy dogs on the job.

I have chronic back pain problem. I tried several other waist straps but this belt relieved back pain the best so far. Other belts don't have ability to inflate which keeps the back support more firm and decompress the pressure in the lower back; this belt does the job well. I recommend to spend a little more money to get this belt and then waste time on cheaper brands.
