have had this machine for 3 weeks now, seems to work great.. I use it about every 3 days, easy to clean and it comes with a bunch of extra filters. My skin definitely feels softer after just a few uses. I will update this review again after a few months.Update 11/9/2019:Love this little machine, my skin has never looked better. My dark spots have definitely faded and my overall skin tone and texture have improved immensely. I use this about 3-4 times a month.

I had severe cystic acne as a teenager that resulted in significant scarring and pock marks on my face. I also have very open pores and skin that tends towards oily. Last year I had 12 professional microneedling sessions which dramatically improved the appearance and texture of my face, and I purchased this NEWDERMO Microderm in hopes of restoring the supple skin I had immediately after those sessions.This product is easy to use, and does a great job suctioning out dried sebum from large, open pores. I get a lot of satisfaction from that and enjoy using it because of this. However, after diligently using it 3 times a week for 15 weeks, I am disappointed to say that there is no improvement in my before and after photos, and no noticeable softening or reduction in pore appearance. Perhaps for people with other skin conditions it is a better tool, but for me it is just an expensive pore cleaner.

So, first note is that I didn't think it'd be enough suction. Well, it sure is. My first go around my face it was pulling stuff out like a pore strip but the bits didn't come out all the way out yet in that tough line between my nose and my cheek. I went over my pores. It exfoliates all dead skin, deep cleans and is amazing. The only thing I wish is that I had ordered the white instead of the silver. The cap is white and it bothers me what the item is silver in contrast. I don't think most people would mind, but it for whatever reason bothers my attention to detail hehe so glad I got this!!! I couldn't be happier and it couldn't be easier to use.

I highly recommend this machine. It is the same as my facialist uses and charges $75 per session. It is super easy to use and clean. I have charged my machine once in 2 months. I have some surface wrinkles and it definitely has helped to make them lighter and smoother. It does a great job super cleaning your face. I know some people think these reviews are bogus but I am a very real more than pleased customer. I liked mine so much I bought one for my daughter-in-law. My son uses it as much as her and loves it. I am buying one for my teenage granddaughter for her birthday. Watching an online video is helpful and easy to follow instructions are included.

Just received about a week ago, but so far, so good. Since I usually go to a spa for microderm facials, I was a little anxious about causing harm. But I followed the directions and used the auto setting at the lowest level and suffered no ill effects. My only complaint would be that the directions could be a little more explicit. Two diamond tips were included in my box, but I was unsure if one was different from the other. I have concluded that both were the same, as I could discern no noticeable difference and there were no markings to indicate a difference. The other confusing thing was about the filters. To me, there seems to be a slight (emphasis on "slight") difference in the two sides of the filter, and from viewing the initial filter placed in the diamond tips, I deduced that the less shiny, more felt-like side should be inserted inside the diamond tip with the shinier side pointing out. There may not be a difference in the two sides of the filter, and if so, that also would have been something nice to know as well.
