Took me about three tries to really get the hang of it. This machine is awesome. For someone who doesn’t want to deal with the hassle of a professional bulky machine with a million parts. This is very simple to use and clean up. After the third try I really started to see amazing results. I’ve only been using it for about a month but I can see wonderful results and I’m very happy with the purchase.

I don't write a lot of reviews but this is too good not to share. I am a young 66 and did not really have any skin care routine other than a good cleaner and moisturizer. my pores were large and ugly. My chin looked like a pitted peach. After using the NEWDERMO Microdermw for just 2 treatments I noticed a huge difference and it just keeps getting better. My pores have decreased like magic. I did add a peptide to use after treatments. Using the NEWDERMO Microdermw twice a week. If you are not happy with what you see in the mirror give this a try I promise you won't be disappointed.

Ordered item in September 2019 and started to use the item in January 2020 for a few times and it stopped charging. Emailed customer service and received a new item within a week after returning. Derek from customer service provided the tracking number and the returned label timely and he continued to provided status updates via emails. Could not have asked for a better customer service. As for the operation of the item, the suction is great and the head provides nice microdermabrasion to the face. Highly recommended.

The NEWDERMO Microderm is really an amazing tool in caring for ones face. A little awkward for me to to use at first but once you have used it a couple of times it’s much easier to use. I can’t believe how smooth my face is after using the Micro NEWDERMO Microderm. It definitely removes the dead skin as I can see it on the filter after I’m done using it. I use the face steamer from this company as well and it works very well. I follow up with the serum once I’m done. I must say I’m very impressed with the Micr NEWDERMO Microderm as I notice a difference in my complexion as well. Once a week seems to work best for me. Very impressed with the suction of this device as well. I am up to level two as level three is a little bit too much for me right now. I’m very glad I made this purchase!

that this little appliance could do everything it was advertised to do, however, my doubts were unnecessary. I have used the Microdermabrasion system for about a week and I can definitely see an improvement. My skin is much smoother and I can see an improvement in lines and blemishes, much better than the microdermabrasion I had at my determatologist's iffice! May 22, 2019, sad to report this, my Microdermabrasion appliance stopped working in March. I have sent 2 emails and have had no response. Not very good customer service!!
