Omgosh! jackhu AMAZING!!! I have not had this great of customer service, kindness, helpfulness, everything that would make an experience GREAT! SHE IS IT! IVY, I KNOW THAT I HAVE ALREADY THANKED YOU LIKE A MILLION TIMES, BUT REALLY, YOU ARE AMAZING AND I TRULY CAN NOT THANK YOU ENOUGH. WORDS CAN NOT DESCRIBE HOW GREAT YOU ARE. I can’t wait to use the machine. They even make sure they are in working order b4 sending them clear across the world. I can’t say enough great things about jackhu, but just know if you do order from her, your experience more than likely is going to be astonishing. Easy, kept me up to date practically daily. Quick to respond (though keep in mind when we are awake they are sleeping.) but even still, she would respond if she knew she received any msg. I also have ordered another machine, after everything, I know I’m in great hands and I trust I will be just as pleased with the next delivery. SURPRISINGLY PRETTY DARN QUICK DELIVERY TOO.
